Weddings

Ceremony:
This includes up to thirty minutes of both prelude and postlude music as guest arrive and leave in addition to music for the ceremony. Specific songs or a theme can be requested.

Cocktail Hour:
If requested, Aloe can continue to play through the cocktail hour for an additional cost. Specific songs or a theme can be requested.

Rehearsals can be added for an additional fee.
The musician will wear all black attire unless requested otherwise.
A travel fee may be required if your event if far outside the central Columbus area.

Ensembles

Performance:
This includes one rehearsal and up to five pieces. Any additional rehearsals can be requested for an additional cost.
An additional fee will be charged depending on difficulty or if parts are not provided.

Arrangement and Parts

If adequate parts can be found and purchased without need for arrangement, the cost is $5 per song/piece. For example, if five songs are requested not in the catalog, the cost would be $25. Feel free to reach out as not all songs in the catalog are noted online.

Arrangements can be requested for any event. Each arrangement costs $20-50 depending on difficulty. For example, songs by artists like Taylor Swift tend to have a low-to-mid arrangement costs. Songs by artist like Elton John tend to have a higher arrangement cost.
After an arrangement is complete, you can request an audio file or a copy of the sheet music. I will make any corrections you request after this request but any further corrections may be subject to additional fees.
Arrangement requests require at least two months notice to ensure their completion in time.
